Gymnastics Programs

Our gymnastics training programs are designed to enhance performance of key functional gymnastics movements performed in CrossFit® training and workouts. Unlike any other online program, our programs are designed uniquely for each participant based on their skill level to provide the most appropriate combination of mobility, strength and skill training.

Each participant will be required to complete a series of questions relating to their gymnastics ability and our experienced team will compile a program designed to be most applicable to them. Athletes will commence their individual program and regular testing will track improvements. Programs are designed to be performed in connection to regular CrossFit® training.

Program FAQ's

CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO A PROGRAM IF I CAN’T DO THE FULL MOVEMENT?
Yes! Our programs are created for each participant individually regardless of skill level. For example, beginners will receive drills designed to improve their ability and advance them towards being able to perform the full movement. On the other hand, advanced athletes will receive programs designed to improve efficiency and intensity in the full movement.

DO I HAVE TO BE A CROSSFIT® ATHLETE?
It is recommended that registrants have participated in CrossFit® regularly for at least three months prior to commencing a program as the movements covered in our seminars are commonly found in CrossFit® training and workouts.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Our programs have no lock in contract, you can contact your assigned trainer at any time easily to cancel your subscription. HangStrong will not provide partial or full refunds for cancelling shortly after registration or monthly renewal.

CAN I DO MORE THAN ONE PROGRAM AT A TIME?
We recommend that you only participant in one program at any given time.

CAN I CHANGE BETWEEN PROGRAMS?
Yes. You can change between programs by cancelling your current subscription to a program and subscribing to a new program.

CAN I EMAIL QUESTIONS AND VIDEOS TO HANGSTRONG?
You will receive access to your training program through an online system, which allows you to directly message your assigned coach. This allows your coach to reply to your questions quickly. It is not recommended to send us emails regarding your program.
