HangStrong CrossFit CapCoast Workshop
This 6 hour seminar caters for athletes of all levels. You will receive hands on coaching from Multiple experienced gymnastics and CrossFit coaches. The cost of the seminar is $200.00 AUD Per Athlete and the following movements will be covered in this Workshop.
Gymnastics Style Warm Up
Dynamic full body warm up and stretching.
Static and explosive mid body exercises to strengthen and improve body control during movements.
Pull Ups/ Butterfly Pull Ups/ TTB
Technique tips to help with efficiency. Guidance on how to improve timing and endurance.
Bar Muscle Ups
Improve bar muscle up capacity through the use of gymnastics specific drills and progressions.
Handstand Push ups/ Walking
Handstand shaping, technique and efficiency tips. How to use your full body to your advantage while upside down
Ring Muscle Up and Progressions
Strength drills and circuits will be shown and delivered. All tips on transitions and stability work. Efficiency drills when completing Ring Muscle Ups at high volume and during workouts.
Warm Down & Mobility
Gymnastics specific stretching to improve mobility and range.
