Our seminars featuring common functional gymnastics movements for athletes and coaches of all levels. Each workshops consists of body weight training to improve performance of specific gymnastics movements found in CrossFit® training and workouts. Work with former world class gymnast and GridLeague gymnastics specialist to improve your gymnastics movements.
Our coaches dissect the movements and focus on the finer details to ensure correct positioning and movement mechanics to safely train and efficiently perform the movements. With two coaches and a maximum of 16 participants, our coach to athlete ratio ensures each participant receives one-on-one coaching regardless of skill level.
